Booking Information and Booking Fees

Our preferred booking method is online, and we have made it even less expensive!

On-Line Booking

You can benefit from a reduced booking fee (over 50% less) and no Collection Fee if you choose our E-Ticket Option.

We can e-mail you your tickets. You do not have to print these, you can simply show the tickets to an Usher on a smart phone or tablet. However if you do not have a smart phone or tablet you can print the e-ticket yourself at home free of charge!

Booking Fee

A booking fee of £2 per ticket will be applied to all tickets booked in person or by telephone.

A booking fee of 85p per ticket will be applied to all tickets booked on-line.

Collection Fee (Care Of Box Office)

If you choose to have your tickets printed by us and collected from the theatre on the evening of the show there is a £1.75 charge per transaction, in addition to the booking fee.  If you choose our E-Ticket option you do not need to pay the collection fee.

If you do choose to collect your tickets at the theatre you will need to bring the credit/debit card that was used to book them with you as identification.

Postage Fee

If you choose to have your tickets printed by us, and then posted to you then there is a fee of £2.50 per transaction, in addition to the booking fees.

Pricing (Book Early)

We only have limited availability of tickets at certain prices, therefore as demand for tickets rises these run out.  Our brochure and website list the lower end of the price ranges.  So the earlier you book the lower the ticket price will be.

Only one discount applies per ticket. Please check the event information carefully to see what discounts are available.
