If you are a wheelchair user (either motorised or non-motorised), you are welcome to enjoy the rink in your own wheelchair. You must be accompanied by an assisting companion at all times whilst on the ice.
Please ensure at the time of booking that you tell us you will be using a wheelchair. You will be charged the full adult ticket price and your skating companion will go free.
In the interest of safety we offer up to five wheelchair places on the ice per session. Upon arrival at the ice rink our staff will assist you and your companion onto the ice via a ramp. Larger groups of wheelchair users should book in advance as special arrangements can be made.
