A booking fee of £1.25 per ticket is applied to ALL transactions up to a maximum of £12.50 per booking. These fees apply to all bookings made in person, by phone, by post or online. There may be additional charges on selected shows, which will be advised by our sales staff and on our website. Tickets sent by post incur a 70p postage charge.
Tickets can be booked online from this website and printed at home, or collected from the theatre.
Online booking is subject to the following restrictions:
- Wheelchair spaces cannot be booked online. If you require a wheelchair space please call the Box Office.
- The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased online is 14. For group bookings of 15 or more please phone the Box Office.
- Only selected concessions are available online.
The Box Office is open to counter callers from 12pm to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 5pm on Saturday. Phone lines are open from8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from10am to 5pm on Saturday. On the evening of a show we are open to counter callers until fifteen minutes after the show commences and on Sunday 90 minutes before performances and 15 minutes after the start.
You can also buy tickets from the Tunbridge Wells Gateway at 8 Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2AB, from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1.30pm on Saturday.
Tickets can be paid for by Cash / Cheque/ Credit Card / Debit Card and Theatre Vouchers. There is a £0.70 fee for tickets posted. Tickets can also be collected from the venue. You must bring the card that you used to purchase the tickets in order to collect them.
Tickets can be reserved without payment up to five days or until 12 noon on the day of the show.
The Box Office accepts and sells Theatre Vouchers.
